VESSELS OF CLAY, survived the fire to serve.
Hands in clay for more than 33 years, Karen Randolph. earned an MFA in
sculptural ceramics from Texas A&M at Commerce in 1977. Randolph's
vision of 'form vs spirit' soared under the tutelage of Ruth
Duckwork at the University of Chicago in the winter of 1977.
"Each of these slab-forms is designed to draw the viewer upward while
maintaining function. These pieces symbolize flight, the
lightness of being, and praise for the spirit of God that lives among
and within us. Enjoy!"
